I as a property owner was supposed to get the first month of the rent for the service provided by RoyalYork pluse key deposit. However, they have given me only the half of it. Despites several follow-up emails and calls, I haven't still got my remaining money. Their service is terrible. The City of Mississauga Fire Services department has confirmed that my condominium, which does not have a furnace or gas appliances, does not require an in-unit fire hydrant. However, they have charged a fee for providing one, and it seems they are acting outside the law.

It was great experience working with Amit Kumar Sharma and Max Korpe. From day 1 the process was very smooth and very informative. Max Korpe is very knowledgeable and hardworking. He was able to find good tenant in 2 weeks. I highly recommended Royal York Property Management and work with Amit and Max.
