The prices are fair, which is quite difficult to find these days when companies charge three times as much for their services. I received the best advice and help from their team in exchange for the fair price I paid.

My house in Vaughan had some issues with a water leakage but thanks to RYPM, they sent their plumbing team in such a short time that i had to leave a positive review. My tenants were super thankful as well. Go team!!

What a wonderful location and place to stay. The condo was SO comfortable, and the outdoor patio was amazing! So much room, gorgeous views, and the plunge pool saved the day when it got super hot.

I am very happy with this service. I was a first time investor and I was extremely nervous about the aspect of managing my own property. I decided to go the property management route and called a few companies. Most of the companies were difficult to get ahold of and provided little information. Royal York was very responsive and made me feel comfortable as they walked me through the whole process. It was apparent he cared about my well being rather than just making a business deal. Royal York has been managing my property ever since and I have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. I am now in the process of acquiring more property and Royal York will be my only call for management services. Thank you.

I have stayed in 3 properties managed by them and they have always been impeccable, on my last visit I had problems with the internet, I know it is a problem unrelated to the company but as soon as I reported it they told me they would call to the company and in less than two hours a technician came to check the problem.. I've been to other places where but this one is different. Definitely recommended Royal York
