A review I am more then happy to write about Royal York but especially Alban… I drove from Newfoundland to Ontario three weeks ago to start a job and create a new life, jumping from air bnbs to hotels unable to secure a place to live. Getting the run around and being ghosted by multiple other realtors then I found Royal York. Alban went above and wayyyy beyond for someone he has never even met and did not stop until he secured me a new home, and a beautiful one at that. I move in tomorrow only 2 days after he made this happen. Forever grateful for the genuine kindness of a stranger. I cannot recommend anyone more than I can recommend Alban and the Royal York team. Thank you thank you and once more thank you

I've been around all day today viewing properties with Aman, she is absolutely upfront and genuinely helpful as well as a very understanding and reliable person to have in your corner while searching for a new home! Aman explained all the details of each property and helped us figure out all answers to all of the questions we have asked her. Even if she didnt know the answer, she went above and beyond to find the answers to all of our inquiries. She walked us through the rental application process with tremendous attention to details and ensured that we were happy with our decisions. Aman was also very understanding of my situation as a renter and found all possible ways to work around my hardship as a renter, which enabled us to find exactly what we were looking for and assuring that we would be considered as fairly as other potential applicants too!.

I would like to thank both Ahmed and Firdeus for making such a great job in finding a new tenant for my rental house. Ahmed understood our needs and worked hard to find viewers and ensure we get a great match with our new tenants. Although disappointed at first that all the communication would not go via Ahmed, whom we met face-to-face, I found the help from Firdeus, our account manager, essential in making the right decision when reviewing potential future tenants. His thorough and fact-based approach combined with his experience as a landlord, enabled me to lean strongly on his recommendations and I do believe we have now really good tenants.
