Customer Service is at an all time low. Emails and phone messages are not answered. When you call to speak to Leasing Agent, Portfolio Manager or Account Manager you get the run around and no one returns your call. There is no communication on their part. Our previous agents are no longer with the company and this was not communicated. All I ask is for communication!

Deliberately Mislead us. We were interested in leasing a house shown by Taylor Kendel - leasing agent. We wanted to know if landlord would grant a move in day of June rather than May. Were told in order to ask the landlord any questions and be considered we had to apply and pay deposit of $750 but if it didn’t work out for any reason we could get our deposit back within 3 business days. This was not the case. We saw the place Saturday, applied Sunday with the $750 paid, were informed that June was accepted but withdrew Monday because the property could not accommodate one of our vehicles for work. The application was not final, we still had to pay the balance of the last months rent and a deposit for keys of $250 and were told if we didn’t pay the balance of last month’s rent on Monday before 5 we lose the lease and the deposit. Now we can’t get hold of the agent who told us otherwise. When we call they will not transfer us to the agent that mislead us nor will they allow us to speak to a manager. They mislead us and took our $750. Be very cautious with this business. Will update as this progresses.

Constant avoidance of emails and now calls. Very poor service. Do not sign with them. Both tenant and landlord have hard horrible experience with this company.
