I recieved a call from them because i was renting out a condo i have in oshawa and this was the first time i heard from them. The agent explained how their services work and how they could help me. I never actually hired a pm company to manage my property but since they offered those rates i was like why not. My property has been under their management since september of last year and so far so good. Great people to work with.

Giancarlo really came through when it came to leasing this property in oshawa. I saw the apartment and it was spacious enough for a family of 4. i always fear that my tenant will not be able to pay rent. I know because i have been in that position 10 years ago but thank god royal york offers rental guarantee. Now I know that even if my tenant doesnt pay rent i know that royal york got my back. Best services in ontario for sureee

I recently checked out a unit out in toronto through their website listing because I wannt to move from the current place I am living at. the landlord doesnt look after this property at all. I called him multiple times to send someone and fix the dishwasher but no one ever came. I called one of their call agents and theyy told me all about the procedure and the requirements to rent out the unit I wanted. They called me after a week and told me that I qualified to rent the unit. This place looks amazing cannot wait to move in. Everything went smooth.

They helped me find a new tenant after the last one got evicted. He was really loud and i always had noise complaints. I sent him an eviction notice because I could not handle all the complaints that were coming in and also i did not want to leave a bad impression on my neighbors. I hired royal york to help me find good tenants and they did. It has been 6 months since they moved in and not a single complaint has been made. They really offer the best tenant placement services.

I was living in Argentina at that time and did not know what to do with my condo. This was back in 2015 and I just had been accepted to do my masters in Argentina. I was living on my own at that time in Toronto. I moved there for a better education and also for work. I had an idea to rent out his condo when I moved to Argentina so I did, but not on my own since I had no knowledge of the rental market. I hired a professional company which was Rypm. We had a few calls and went back to back with emails haha. Eventually we came to an agreement which definetly benefited me so I decided to go with them. Huge thanks to this company helping me make money on the side so that I could support myself financially when I was living abroad.

Truly great accommodation and communication all around. The condo's living room is fantastic. The most interesting part is the view from this place. I cannot get enough of the view from this apartment in toronto. Royal york really does offer properties that are in great condition and beautiful.

This apartment in hamilton is fantastic. Wonderful kitchen plus it is brand new oh my god. It has been almost 1 year since I have rented this apartment and i have never had a single issue. Landlords including myself here have it so easy now. I really dont have to bother placing tenants now because royal york always does it for me. The tenants that came in this winter are great and highly respectful. That is all i needed from the tenants and from royal york to be managing my property.

Joseph offered me a tour of the apartment and I was so excited.Later he showed me around the neighborhood to some stores, and eateries in Barrie that were close to the apartment. I have stayed in three of their managed properties, and each one has been greatt.I experienced cable issues. Although this was not a company-related issue, as soon as I reported it, the staff assured me that they would contact the company, and in less than two hours, a technician arrived to assess the situation. Highly recommend this company for any requests you may have.

NIce team, very responsive to any requests that I had especially when I needed the maintenance department to send someone for a broken pipe that was leaking everywhere. my kitchen almost flooded but they managed to fix it in time. Royal york came through!!

i had this other pm company manage my unit and was not happy at all. thankfully I ended the contract with them after 6 months because they failed to manage my property. after that I thought of never using pm services ever again..royal york proved me wrong. I told them of how much I wanted to rent out my property and they were willing to make that work so that I would be offered a great deal out of my property. Royal york really values their clients and prioritizes your needs.

I'll definitely use them again to rent out my property. After the initial renter walked out, they were successful in finding a replacement within 10 days. Their prices are really reasonable to be honest.
