They helped me find a new tenant after the last one got evicted. He was really loud and i always had noise complaints. I sent him an eviction notice because I could not handle all the complaints that were coming in and also i did not want to leave a bad impression on my neighbors. I hired royal york to help me find good tenants and they did. It has been 6 months since they moved in and not a single complaint has been made. They really offer the best tenant placement services.

I was living in Argentina at that time and did not know what to do with my condo. This was back in 2015 and I just had been accepted to do my masters in Argentina. I was living on my own at that time in Toronto. I moved there for a better education and also for work. I had an idea to rent out his condo when I moved to Argentina so I did, but not on my own since I had no knowledge of the rental market. I hired a professional company which was Rypm. We had a few calls and went back to back with emails haha. Eventually we came to an agreement which definetly benefited me so I decided to go with them. Huge thanks to this company helping me make money on the side so that I could support myself financially when I was living abroad.

Truly great accommodation and communication all around. The condo's living room is fantastic. The most interesting part is the view from this place. I cannot get enough of the view from this apartment in toronto. Royal york really does offer properties that are in great condition and beautiful.

This apartment in hamilton is fantastic. Wonderful kitchen plus it is brand new oh my god. It has been almost 1 year since I have rented this apartment and i have never had a single issue. The location is great i am near to one of my favorite restaurants. The team at rypm was always ready to help me with any questions. amazing place!!

Swift responses all the way. Talked to them about an hour ago and they were quick to send back an email detailing each information about the company and the servicess. Im considering of renting out my unit in Hamilton and saw them on google being ranked as one of the top pm companies in ontario. Nice!

Landlords including myself here have it so easy now. I really dont have to bother placing tenants now because royal york always does it for me. The tenants that came in this winter are great and highly respectful. That is all i needed from the tenants and from royal york to be managing my property.

Five stars for sure! Joseph helped me find the most amazing apartment. Joseph offered me a tour of the apartment and I was so excited.Later he showed me around the neighborhood to some stores, and eateries in Barrie that were close to the apartment. I am now settled in this lovely home because of Joseph. Will surely use their services again

I have stayed in three of their managed properties, and each one has been greatt.I experienced cable issues. Although this was not a company-related issue, as soon as I reported it, the staff assured me that they would contact the company, and in less than two hours, a technician arrived to assess the situation. Highly recommend this company for any requests you may have.

NIce team, very responsive to any requests that I had especially when I needed the maintenance department to send someone for a broken pipe that was leaking everywhere. my kitchen almost flooded but they managed to fix it in time. Royal york came through!!

i had this other pm company manage my unit and was not happy at all. thankfully I ended the contract with them after 6 months because they failed to manage my property. after that I thought of never using pm services ever again..royal york proved me wrong. I told them of how much I wanted to rent out my property and they were willing to make that work so that I would be offered a great deal out of my property. Royal york really values their clients and prioritizes your needs.

They handle all the paperwork on your behalf as effectively, so you don't have to worry about anything getting missed. My house in Oshawa was rented out by Rypm to a lovely couple. I am quite happy that I started working with Rypm and I haven't had any issues whatsoever.

I was asking questions back and forth when I had my showing with Kevin. I just saw this wonderful home and I had to rent it. The one I currently live in is super small and since I got a raise recently I can afford a bigger apartment!!!!! Anyways I am such a picky person and Kevin thankfully was not annoyed lol. Very communicative towards me and my parents. Recently my father who has almost turned 70, wanted to rent his unit but was unable to do so. I offered to help him find a good tenant but wasn't sure if I could do it myself. so I contacted Royal York and instantly was greeted by their amazing staff.
