This company and these people are one of the best. We have been hiring Royal York for the past 2 years. They have found wonderful rentals for us located in Toronto, handle issues in a timely manner, and are VERY easy to reach.

My wife and I were a bit unsure about renting our house with Royal York. We met Ana at a showing and found her to be very professional. She was helpful with answering our many questions and making the application process go smoothly. Since we moved in in Ana has done an excellent job of making herself available when we need help. We couldn't be happier.

I can highly recommend RY Property Management to anyone whose looking for a reputable company to manage their property. My property has been managed and looked after well coupled with great communication skills of which I am pretty fussy when it comes to my property. If its quality service you're after then you have found the right property management to ensure your needs are met

Over the past 2 years in Toronto, Royal York has been my property management company. They are extremely responsive whenever there was a question or issue, they have an online portal that makes it easy to pay rent/access any kind of document history, and they are also authentic and kind people. I could recommend them more as a property management company.

I have lived in a Royal York property for 1.5 years and the experience was excellent. Any issue we had (clogged drain, etc), they were able to send someone in 2 days or under and fix the problem immediately.

I'm lucky enough to have a newly redecorated flat with brand new heat pump, I love my where, excellently priced weekly payments, very easy to get maintenance done, this company has a app for your phone that you can place whatever job you need done in it. It's a excellent quick fast service.

My fiance and I were looking for an apartment and met with Nathan to see a 1 br/1 ba in the Outer Sunset. We both applied and submitted our documents online. There was a hiccup with my employment verification and Nathan helped me clear it up so we could move things along. My property was a huge mess before royal york came in. i Couldnt even think about renting it out as it looked garbage. royal york came in and cleaned the entire place to shine and then we worked with them to find tenants. They found our tenant in less than 5 days and we have been making money ever since. Great property management firm and overall i would give them 5 stars.

Nathan is so easy to deal with that it makes it all worth it. His team pays close attention to every concern of our tenants that it makes everything so easy. I have been working with them for 7 months now and will continue to in the far future!

I've been using RYPM now for a little over 3 years. Being that I live in a different state from where my property is located, they have been a tremendous help and have set my mind at ease. They do every thing and take care of all my property's need. My only complaint is that it takes almost 2 weeks for an ACH to be received by my bank and that seems to be unheard of in this day of technology. Keep up the good work and Thank you!

I am very happy with Royal York Property Management. They are great if you do not have the time or simply have a hands off approach to managing your property. In addition to dealing with tenants they will take care of everything if that is what you want including paying bills, coordinating with everyone (i.e. exterminator, oil tank fill up etc.). Not many property managers deal with smaller properties and even if they do take you on, they just don't care to pay attention as they tend to gravitate to bigger clients. This is not the case for Royal York Property Management. They call/email and are very helpful and friendly. They also have like a portal where you can log in and look at statements, history and stuff like that which is great for keeping track of things. Highly recommend them.
