When I need maintenance to fix something in my unit, they are always prompt. I have worked with another PM firm and was not satisfied, I trust RYPM because their crew does an excellent jobb

I have been working with royal york or the past two years and I have to say, they are fantastic. They have taken care of everything from finding tenants to managing maintenance requests. Their team is professional and responsive, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.

Their service lives up to their name, super reliable! We found our current flat with help from Lisa and Nureen. Both of them were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our questions throughout the whole process. My flatmate and I are both international we really appreciated the assistance which we frankly did not see with any of the other real estate companies we came into contact with during our search. We've been in our flat for a few weeks now and the other members of their team that we have worked with.

Very accommodating and friendly organization and Specially Joseph is very proactive and found me a good tenant within couple of days along with necessary paperwork's. I would recommend tenants and landlords to use this organization for your property requirements and their services are excellent.

I was with RY Property Management for 2 years just left the property about 2 months ago. Nureen and the group were great to work with. We always had good communication. Any maintenance issues were handled quickly and affectionately. I would definitely recommend this group.

Olger has managed all of my rental properties since 2020 and has been nothing but excellent. I had a great experience with this company. The home I was renting had been leased. I called up RYPM and talked with Joseph. I called and emailed him 24/7 and he never grew frustrated. He even found me a larger home then the one I was in before. I think the company and Joseph deserve more than 5 stars.

Our experience with the Royal York PM was fantastic!!! We had a self-guided tour of the property for rent and that was very convenient. They also have a user friendly, straightforward, online system to complete the application. I made a mistake when submitting my application and Olger helped me with re-submitting a new application with no headache. Within 24 hours of submitting the application we received the approval email. I needed more time to go through the lease details and make the final decision, so they kindly extended the deadline for us. Also communication was excellent. Always responsive.

We have been in business with Royal York Property Management for 3 years, if there are 6 stars I would give them 6 stars. Very professional team, responsive and supportive in many ways from legal advice/paperwork to finding technicians to fix malfunctioning appliances. Worth the money to hire them as property management.

I was terrified because I was going to have to find tenants for my first investment property during a pandemic. Royal York Property Management was amazing in reassuring and answering all my questions. They found amazing tenants and not only could I tell they had my best interests in mind but I also felt that the tenants would be well taken care of as well. Happy tenants, happy landlords what more could you ask for. I definitely would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

My experience with Royal York has been outstanding. The property manager, Matthew, is very responsive and always available to answer questions. All tenant requests were channeled through work orders which I was copied on. Everything was very transparent and I would recommend them to any landlord looking for quality service at a good price.

I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Royal York! To start with, the team at Royal York Property Management is friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and super attentive. The response time to get back to me with answers/action to my questions/requests is fantastic! Secondly, I really appreciate the full transparency during the signup process of their services, all the fine print has been clearly explained and what has been promised is actually delivered. I have dealt with Royal York Property Management for a number of years. They are professional, courteous, and diligent in maintaining & renting your property. They also take a genuine interest in their client's behavior. They treat each property like it's their own. If you're looking for a property management company, I can't recommend them higher.

Joseph is amazing, He helped me to find a perfect place and rent it. The service he provided was just amazing. He went above and beyond to find me a good place within my budget. The market is currently crazy, so it is nice to find someone who does a good job. Thank you joseph. Highly recommended . Lets see how it will work out in the next couple of weeks and update this review. 2 month later, this company is one of the best for renters. Great price and amazing after service. Had some minor issues in the condo. They were able to manage all issues perfectly and it was very fast as well. Thank you so much and will definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking to move.

This is crazy, they presented me an offer in 3 days. The tenant is moving in on the 1st of July and that's the earliest move in date I had originally thought of. I thought my rental was going to stay on the market for years. Very thankful to rypm and the team!

Seen Royal York Property Management as an AD on Facebook and I clicked on it and wondered why it sounded so familiar and then i remembered my friend told me how fast they leased his apartment. I was trying to remember the name for about 2 days and so I was happy when I found it because I needed some properties of mine leased and I called them up and their leasing department made everything so easy for me. Legitimate and quality tenants in 6 days. Fastest experience yet.

It was such a stressful experience for me and my family to have to deal with the tenants that we currently had living in our unit. Finally their lease term ended and we were able to get our unit back. They left it in a horrible condition. I reached out to Royal York for tenant placement and felt embarrassed when their property specialist came in for the assessment.. I explained the situation and they recommended a couple of work to get done in order to increase the rental price. It only made sense that I retained them for it, which I did and it went great. They were able to get the unit rented out at our asking price and when the tenant moved in, they sent me a detailed report of the current condition of the unit with photos and videos. I found this very professional from them.

The onboarding and support that I received from Royal York was exceptional. I got a very helpful meeting with one of their property specialists, and then I received a call from my account manager who would help me understand the offers I received better, would always go to leasing for any questions I had. Very smooth process and now I know I never have to worry about tenants not paying rent.

They were very good with the tenant placement; my unit was advertised well, showings were taken care of at no charge, and I would receive daily updates from them. I was a bit of a nuisance at first from the experience I've had before with realtors and they were very understanding. I would royal york is the go to place, especially if you're struggling financially, as they can set up payment plans for you to pay their fees on the following month and you don't pay anything up front.
