The property is really clean thankfully. Properties look beautiful on their website and also on videos but I wanted to see it by myself so I booked a showing. Went through all the process and was greeted by a leasing agent I think it was Laurie. SHowed me around the condo and i was obssessed with it. I rented it out and currently living there since 2021. I could not manage my property on my own so I left it to royal york PM deal with all the procedures. A friend of mine from work recommended them to me so I told myself why not give it a chance. Im almost 45 and I don't have time to deal with the property I have in brampton. They do a pretty decent job. They managed my property for about a year and I had a good experience overall.

I was greeted by the best agent ever, Sladjana!!! she was a charm when we worked on finding me a unit in Brampton. She was very eloquent and was explaining everything in detail. I really appreciate that when Im doing business with a company. The staff here is always friendly. Greatt job you guys!! :)

5 stars is not enough for this company. Royal york knows how to manage my property because i am making profit out of it. The other pm company was not able to find me new tenants that i liked so i moved on to royal york. 3 years and going!

Had a problem with my current tenant. Hired Royal York to help me out through the legal process and I could not be happier with their service. David Olevson, one of their lawyers, was very understanding and cleared a lot of things out, even before the hearing date. I successfully evicted my old tenant and chose Royal York Property Management for tenant placement, to manage my property and now my rent is guaranteed and I never have to worry about going through the same thing again. My case was very sensitive, and the owner of the company, Nathan Levinson, attended the video hearing himself. Can not recommend them enough. I have never seen the owner of the company get involved without the client having to beg and call multiple people to get their contact. Great job guys!

Leasing out my property with Royal York was so smooth. I met up with Kevin, a very handsome and professional guy. He told me about every service they provided and then an Account Manager followed up with me, even though I had not paid anything yet. They brought me tons of offers, I got to choose my tenant, spoke to Nick all the time, even on SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS!!

There's only a point of hiring a property management company if they are willing to take care of my property 24/7. I don't get why I should pay another company when after working hours they wont even bother to do anything. Royal York works weekends, holidays, after hours, any issue they take care of at any time. This is the only time I have hired a management company and it made sense!

All us landlords know what we had to go through last year during covid with finding a tenant.. Thats when I hired them to manage my property and could not be more satisfied. my own tenant moved out after not paying rent for 6 months.. They were able to get them on a payment plan and I have been receiving increased rental income + what I was supposed to get. Literally hella relieved, great job.

I scheduled them in for a meeting as I wanted to lease out my unit through them after hearing great things from my uncle. When their property specialist came in for the assessment, I saw him look through the hvac vents.. I have never seen this happen before and I found it very professional of royal york to do this.

I met up with Drita. My old tenants were horrible and I was very paranoid.. They really did calm me down with the offer they sent within 5 days.. They are also willing to guarantee the rent and pay for it if the tenant defaults so why care lol, literally so relieved :')

Now I don't feel lonely when my tenants swear at me.. We're just trying to make sure you'll pay rent on time people, it really not that deep.. They manage 2 of my units in Kitchener, amazing service and they're always so responsive.

I told one of royal's representatives that I was moving out of Kitchener in May and they were right on time with placing a tenant, getting all approvals required from the city, they helped me get my license, I was present, THERE, the whole process and didn't feel lost. That I liked about royal york. Responsive, professional, great!

I had to relocate on April of this year for a job opportunity in New York. I was looking for an accountant who would manage my non resident taxes but no one would take it without a percentage of money that you get back from the government.. In the meantime, I also wanted someone to collect rent as I didn't want my dad to do it. I retained royal york and they've been doing everything on my behalf for over a month now and Ive never had anything to worry about.

Renting out properties has become an expense of it's own. Advertising is very expensive, you have to drive back and forth if you want to do showings and such (with these gas prices), you have to find someone who will screen the tenant's documents for you (which has also become super expensive), you will end up paying more than a month of rent, before even renting out the unit, and it's still not guaranteed because you might end up with a terrible tenant who won't pay rent and you lose even more. It's so frustrating. When I reached out to Royal York, they told me I wasn't gonna pay anything if they did not lease my unit. There was no way for me to find out if this is indeed true because they managed to rent out my unit within 10 days. Lots of money saved and income received.

Within a week, royal york found a tenant for my house in Kitchener and I received a statement of all payments done from the tenant. The professionalism that I got from them during this process led to me wanting to work with them in the future as well and signed up for proeprty management. Royal york has been actively managing my house and anytime something needs to get done or is reported from the tenant, they are super responsive and organized.
