Renting a unit through royal york is the probably by far the best experiences i have ever had. So simple and so secure. I submitted all the required documents and waiting for a response. The web management is a 10/10 easy to navigate through the website.

Probably the best customer support! this experience was truly amazing coming from a tenant that needed a condo in Kitchener. I had to move out of the last apartment because the landlord decided to sell the property and I needed to move out immediately. Ryan came to the rescue!

One of their call agents contacted me last december because i was trying to rent out my condo in Kitchener. They went through all the information regarding their services and how it worked. I was convinced that maybe it would be best if i went with Royal York pm since their tenant screening service was very efficient. I was able to get a tenant for my condo in 5 days!!

I finally settled for a nice, cute, and aesthetic apartment they were promoting located in Kitchener. I live alone the I have enough space to put all my things compared to one that I had which was really small. Thank you RYPM for accommodating me into such a nice home.. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were looking for a house in Kitchener since we just had our second child and needed a more spacious place. we decided to contact a property management company since we had 0 time to do it on our own. a colleague of mine told me that he had been living in a condo that he found through RYPM. I called them immediately and booked a showing. we have been living in house ever since and truly are impressed by how they managed to get us an amazing place!! I highly recommend them.

We had a great time staying at the condo we leased from royal York pm in 2018. Me and my fiancée moved out of Quebec for work related stuff so we needed to rent a condo in Toronto and didn't know who to contact. my sister used to live in Toronto back in 2015 and she told me about a company she contacted when she needed an apartment. I contacted the same company which happened to be Royal York PM and their leasing agents walked me through some of the units for rent. I was provided the best customer service and offered the most amazing apartment in Toronto.

So glad to be working with such a professional company that actually values their clients. I had a terrible experience with a property management company in 2014 and i hoped that it wouldnt happen again. I needed to rent out my unit as soon as possible because my tenant left. I was skeptical at first but after seeing so much reviews and blog posts about royal york pm I really went on and called them. I had the best experience with one of their agents and moved further with the procedure of letting them manage my property.
