Responsibilities
As a Tenant Placement Specialist, he is responsible for reaching out to outbound owner leads, and scheduling them for a property assessment with one of our local Leasing Agents on behalf of tenants who are already included in our tenant database and are looking to move immediately.
In this role, he is a central figure in driving Tenant Placement Services, and his ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and deliver results makes him essential to Royal York Property Management's success.
Additionally, he is in regular communication with Leasing Agents and other Leasing Departments to have a good understanding of what type of properties are renting out faster for a particular district during a particular time of year.
About
Amer Stublla is a Tenant Placement Specialist at Royal York Property Management. He brings forth over 3 years of experience in sales with different corporations and has proved that he can adapt to any industry by the outcome of the success achieved in every company that he has been associated with.
In the past few years, Stublla developed excellent communication skills and learned that customer service always comes first.
Besides his direct sales experience, he also is well-versed in management, as he has been exposed to that field and successfully managed over 25 sales representatives at his previous job. Amer is still very young and brings a lot of energy to the company which surely brings great success to our overall sales processes.
