Ana is a Leasing Administrator at Royal York Property Management. Her main responsibilities include maintaining customers’ confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential. She also makes sure that all received documents are verified and legitimate and that the lease agreement is signed, the funds are verified and documents too by all parties before releasing the keys. She takes care of informing property owners after the documents are received regarding the tenant's financial situation, prepares the offer to lease, the lease agreement, the key release form, utility forms, etc. She also responds to emails referring comments/notes for each tenant deal and performs other related duties and assignments as required.
