Responsibilities
In his capacity as a Communications Manager, Dariel is in charge of overseeing all Leasing and Operations Coordinators, as well as facilitating the leasing process for residential properties.
His key duties include overseeing and training new and current staff, ensuring that the leasing process is prompt and effective, keeping correct records of the units that are available, organizing property tours, negotiating lease terms, and responding to questions, complaints, and concerns from tenants.
In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, Ahmeti is also in charge of collaborating with the Marketing department in order to develop advertising strategies, and carry out marketing initiatives to draw in prospective tenants.
