Responsibilities
David's primary role entails conducting property assessments and engaging with property owners to determine optimal rental prices for their units.
He diligently establishes Residential Listing Agreements with property owners and personally collects the keys for each assigned property. Additionally, David is responsible for conducting showings with potential tenants for all assigned units. Furthermore, he assumes the responsibility of monitoring and providing training to both current and new leasing agents.

David serves as the Regional Manager for Royal York Property Management's Leasing Department in North America, overseeing all the District Managers.
He is a client-centered and results-oriented person.
