By leveraging her industry knowledge and communication skills, she ensures that only the most qualified and motivated candidates move forward in the hiring process.
Beyond recruitment, Esjona collaborates closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and align hiring strategies with business objectives. She develops and implements effective onboarding programs, ensuring new hires are well-prepared to succeed in their roles. Her responsibilities also include maintaining strong relationships with candidates and team members, continuously refining recruitment processes, and contributing to the long-term development of Royal York’s sales force.

Esjona holds a foundation in psychology with a business minor from St. Francis College, giving her a unique perspective in evaluating candidate potential and cultural fit.
