As a Recruiting Manager, Jessica is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process and ensuring that Royal York Property Management attracts and hires the best talent to meet organizational needs. She develops and implements effective recruitment strategies, aligning them with the company’s goals and workforce plans. Jessica leads, trains, and mentors the recruitment team, setting clear objectives and maintaining a positive, high-performing work environment. She collaborates closely with department heads to identify staffing needs, create accurate job descriptions, and ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Her role also involves enhancing employer branding, promoting Royal York Property Management as an employer of choice, and ensuring that all recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment regulations. Jessica continuously evaluates and improves recruitment processes for greater efficiency and consistency. She leverages data and analytics to track performance, identify hiring trends, and optimize strategies. Through her leadership, communication, and people-focused approach, Jessica ensures that the recruitment department operates effectively, supporting the company’s ongoing growth and success.
