Responsibilities
As a Tenant Placement Specialist, he is responsible for reaching out to outbound owner leads, and scheduling them for a property assessment with one of our local Leasing Agents on behalf of tenants who are already included in our tenant database and are looking to move immediately.
In this role, he is a central figure in driving Tenant Placement Services, and his ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and deliver results makes him essential to Royal York Property Management's success.
Additionally, he is in regular communication with Leasing Agents and other Leasing departments to have a good understanding of what type of properties are renting out faster for a particular district during a particular time of year.
