Her day-to-day job consists in building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants and overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests.
Furthermore, she oversees all financial procedures including verifying renter income, processing monthly payments, and executing default protocols and as well as creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions, and prompt owners' complaint resolution.
Lorena is a recent graduate in Software Engineering. She has shown high developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across digital platforms and in person. Also, she is very detail oriented with great time management skills including prioritization of time-sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines.
