She is responsible for handling daily administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, arranging timetables, managing the inventory system, as well as handling effective communication with both property owners and tenants, ensuring that their questions are being answered promptly and that necessary information flows seamlessly within our company.
In addition to these tasks, Mrs. Petrie is also responsible for maintaining accurate records and files pertaining to leases, property management, and tenant information. She supports our management team by assisting in developing and implementing reports and presentations, as well as ensures that all new team members are well-integrated into our company and familiar with office policies and procedures.
