Sepehr Vakili is Senior Property Manager at Royal York Property Management.
Sepehr started his journey at Royal York Property Management as a Leasing Agent and worked his way up to being the Manager due to his passion for increasing productivity in the workplace. His day-to-day job is related to analyzing the leasing process, ensuring that the department hits targets, scheduling in-person showings for prospective tenants, and ensuring the maintenance of the tenant deal pipeline. Furthermore, he deals with drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements after reviewing all documents sent by the Leasing Specialist, making sure to address and record all rule violations.
Since he took on the Senior Property Manager position, he has always kept the company's larger goals in mind and helped the team develop the skills required leading to exceptional results for the team.
