Responsibilities
His main responsibilities include generating leads by marketing the company's Maintenance protocol and promoting our services, work orders, and vendors. Give presentations of the Maintenance department services and emphasize its features to highlight how they solve customer care issues. Build and maintain positive relationships with the landlords or the tenant and be available to answer any questions about our services.
Maintain contact lists and follow up with landlords and tenants to continue relationships. Understanding and promoting the company's system and contracts to be able to negotiate prices and terms with the landlords. Run Maintenance Checklist on tenants to ensure that their customer care issues are attended to and generate work orders regarding them.
