Our Process
Follow the 3 easy steps below, to secure the rental property of your choice!

Apply
Complete a rental application for the property you are interested in.
Step 01

Reserve
Submit a minimum payment of $750 towards your last month's rent, to secure the property. This is 100% refundable if your offer is declined.
Step 02

Upload
Upload all required documents to the Royal York Property Management portal within 3 days, once your offer has been accepted.

6472541963 This number for an agent, working for Royal York called my brother and asked him if I’m still interested in renting a house in Mississauga but I never ever put my brother phone number anywhere when I called the management office and I never said anything about putting a deposit for the house I saw that’s i’m interested to rent it so did they get my brother phone number? I asked him so many times that from where he got the number and every time changing the conversation….
