Customer Service is at an all time low. Emails and phone messages are not answered. When you call to speak to Leasing Agent, Portfolio Manager or Account Manager you get the run around and no one returns your call. There is no communication on their part. Our previous agents are no longer with the company and this was not communicated. All I ask is for communication!

Constant avoidance of emails and now calls. Very poor service. Do not sign with them. Both tenant and landlord have hard horrible experience with this company.
