I recently rented a house in Oshawa through rypm. In all sincerity it was a wonderful experience. My leasing agent was Rain. He was a pleasure to deal with and was really helpful and responsive to the requests i had.

The RY team was nothing short of perfection when it came to booking our stay at one of their lovely properties! We booked our stay months in advance and their communication, all the way up to the trip was wonderful. The management here at RYPM is really friendly, awesome, and make you feel welcomed. Peter is super friendly and easy to talk to. He helps out as much as he can and he always has a smile for people. Prompt, courteous and organized when it came time to move out. Royal York helped me negotiate a pet with my landlord, ensured smooth handling of a ceiling collapse and handled return of my deposit. They action financials within a day every time, even for refunding overpayment of rent. Good people.
