Her responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, and transactions, preparing financial statements, supporting documentation, and assessing financial performance by identifying trends and generating reports to aid in decision-making processes.

Furthermore, she is also in charge of ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns accurately and timely. Staying updated on tax laws and identifying tax-saving opportunities for the company.

Blerona Zylfiu is an Accounts Receivable at Royal York Property Management. 

She pursued a diploma in Financial Mathematics in Banking and Insurance. Blerona began her journey in the field of data processing, where she held the position of an Invoice and Procurement Processor for a car company based in Switzerland. In this role, she meticulously handled the processing of invoices and procurement documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. 

Blerona's passion for statistics led her to a professional practice, where she had the chance to research and compile a comprehensive report on the economic impact of Non-Residential in Kosovo. Additionally, she had the privilege to gain insights into budget management during another professional practice. 

Her ambition as an Accountant is to become a trusted and influential professional in the financial industry as she possesses a diverse set of skills that contribute to her effectiveness in the role.
