He also seeks opportunities to expand the business with existing clients while staying up to date with the relevant by-laws and regulations of Ontario under the Landlord and Tenant board. He also oversees rent collection and handles any issues or concerns that may arise while building and maintaining long-term relationships with property owners. Additionally, he assigns tasks to Property Managers, monitors their performance, and ensures the smooth functioning of the property management team.
