Furthermore, he is also in charge of building and maintaining positive relationships with the landlords or tenants and is available to answer any questions about our services. 

Additionally, he is accountable for promoting the company's system and contracts to be able to negotiate prices and terms with the landlords. Run Maintenance Checklist on tenants to ensure that their customer care issues are attended to and generate work orders regarding them.
