As a senior year student of Security Studies, majoring in National Security and Civil Emergencies, at the University for Business and Technology in Prishtina, and concurrently having served as a full-time Research and Project Assistant at the prestigious Kosovar Centre for Security Studies, Gramos epitomizes dedication and ambition.

Starting as an intern at the Kosovar Centre for Security Studies, Gramos swiftly proved his mettle through diligent assistance in ongoing research projects, demonstrating proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methodologies. His knack for analysis and keen understanding of security issues soon led to his promotion as a Research and Project Assistant, where he continued to contribute significantly to publications, reaching an international audience.

Gramos actively participated in various cultural and intellectual events, such as the Anibar Animated Film Festival and the "Kosovo Open" Debate Tournament. These experiences not only enriched his perspective but also fostered a sense of community and collaboration beyond the confines of his professional domain.
