More's responsibilities include assembling raw footage of both team activities and properties being advertised into polished, visually engaging final products. She utilizes editing software and techniques to enhance storytelling through pacing, transitions, and visual effects, ensuring the videos align with the project's vision and objectives.
Ultimately, More plays a vital role in bringing the creative vision to life while effectively promoting the team and advertised properties. Additionally, she is in charge of delegating tasks to Video Editors, training them, and monitoring their performance.

More Raça is an award-winning filmmaker born in Kosovo in 1992. She holds a BA and MA degree in Film Directing from the University of Pristina and is currently pursuing her PhD. in Bulgaria.
Her debut feature film, Andromeda Galaxy, won the Glocal in Progress award at the San Sebastian Film Festival and premiered at the Main competition of the Sarajevo Film Festival 2020. More was part of Audi's Installation in Hollywood #driveprogress, celebrating the women who "drive progress" and change the film industry.
She was selected at Berlinale Talents 2019 as a director and at Zurich Film Festival Academy in 2020. In 2021, she received the Annual Award for Achievement in Kosovo Cinema. From January to June 2022, she researched Film Pedagogy at NYFA in Los Angeles as a recipient of the Fulbright Faculty Development Program Award.
