At Royal York Property Management we make it easy for you to process a rental application with us. Simply follow these three easy steps!
Each tenant is required to complete an application. If someone will be co-signing the lease with you but not residing in the property, they must also fill out an application.
Once you sign the application, you can submit a reservation fee equal to $750.00 to secure the property. The reservation fee can be applied to your last month’s rent upon move-in date. The reservation fee ensures that we cancel all unscheduled showings while we convey your offer to the owner. If your offer is rejected, your reservation fee will be refunded in full.
All documents must be submitted before the move-in date, but earlier submission helps expedite the approval process. Please ensure that each document is clear, easy to read, and submitted in PDF format.
