About the role: We are seeking experienced sales representatives in London to join our team. Top full-time performers will earn CA$90,00+. This role requires you to drive to meet with property owners and tenants across the service area.
Responsibilities
All Leads Provided - No prospecting required.
Meet Property Owners - Assess homes for rental readiness
Tenant Showings - Conduct viewings and guide renters
Set Your Own Schedule - Flexible, but you must stick to it.
24/7 Backend Support - Scheduling handled for you
Training & Tools - We give you everything you need to succeed
Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience (real estate an asset)
Excellent communication and closing skills
Valid Ontario driver's license and vehicle
Iphone 13 or newer (required due to software compatibility)
Organizational Skills: Attention to detail in managing appointments, follow-ups, and showings.
Availability for evenings and weekends
