Identify the issue
Non-life-threatening emergencies are those that require immediate attention but do not pose an immediate danger to life or property. These include flooding that cannot be stopped, no working toilets, no water, burst pipes, no heating when the outside temperature is below 10 degrees Celsius, no air conditioning when the temperature is above 28 degrees Celsius, catastrophic electrical failure resulting in no power in the property, sparks and/or flames coming out of an outlet, and no power affecting the HVAC system.
