Maintenace Guide

Our goal is to provide you with all the necessary information on submitting a work order for non-life-threatening emergencies.

Identify the issue

Non-life-threatening emergencies are those that require immediate attention but do not pose an immediate danger to life or property. These include flooding that cannot be stopped, no working toilets, no water, burst pipes, no heating when the outside temperature is below 10 degrees Celsius, no air conditioning when the temperature is above 28 degrees Celsius, catastrophic electrical failure resulting in no power in the property, sparks and/or flames coming out of an outlet, and no power affecting the HVAC system.

Submit the work order

To submit a work order for a non-life-threatening emergency, please call our office at 416-508-5288 ext 798 to speak with a representative who is available around the clock. Our representative will assess the issue and prioritize it accordingly. If necessary, our maintenance team will be dispatched to your property to address the issue. Maintenance team response

Once you have submitted your work order, our maintenance team will review and respond promptly. Please note that our response time may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of our maintenance team.

In-person maintenance visit

If necessary, our maintenance team will schedule an in-person visit to your property to assess and address the issue. Please ensure that you are available to grant them access to your property at the agreed-upon time.

Follow-up

After the maintenance team has completed the work, please follow up with us to confirm that the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction. If there are any outstanding issues, please inform us so that we can address them as soon as possible.
