I've liked living in a Royal York mangedd flat, and I've been quite pleased with the property manager who looks after our apartment. He's been really considerate, accommodating, and proactive. I would without a doubt suggest Royal .york to rent a property.

I talked with a man named Rain about different properties since i was interested to rent in markham. He recommended a few additional houses that were for rent and provided me some fantastic advice. I trusted his the moment I met him at our meeting. I advise dealing with Rain if you want a qualified leasing agent.,

Noreen assisted me with the process of getting my house ready to be rented out. She was absolutely wonderful and made the entire process very smooth and easy. Noreen provided top-notch full service and provided solutions for all issues; she is extremely responsive and gets everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely recommend her.

Our rental home has been under the administration of a separate property management company for about a year. I can definitely feel a difference in how it is managed, and Ana, the property manager for RYPM, is very receptive, knowledgable, and offers sound suggestions. Can't be happier because they relieve the worry of rental property management.

All these people care about is securing a deposit, for an apartment you are only trying to view so you can see if it's somewhere you would like to be.. then, before you even get to view the unit, you will receive between 8 to 15 phone calls from different employees, all reminding you of the same appointment. THEN, when you try to complain, they make it seemmlike it's your fault.

After leaving our apartment which had pretty lousy customer support, we were a little nervous about using Royal York, however we were shocked with how helpful Royal York has been for us as renters. They worked quickly to get us all of the documents that we needed to fill out so we could move in. I would highly encourage if you are renting to use RYPM to make sure your renters are happy.

My experience with Royal York has been truly amazing! Royal York is a great agency. Everyone is professional, try their best to help and always provide prompt responses. It really shows they care. We have lived within the Royal York community for 2 years now, and we have moved our unit a couple of times.
