Their persistence, and industry understanding immediately put our doubts away. We were not sure if we should hire a property management company for our units in richmond hill but royal york really showed expertise in this industry. I hired this realtor to find me tenants but it took him a long time to do so. I was looking for property management companies and these people came up. I alwayss make a decision based on what other people think about the company. saw the reviews and called them at that instant. very friendly at the start of the conversation. walked me through all of their services while constantly asking them questions for each service. I got an answer for every question that I had. definetly proved me that they are the best. woww.!!

I terminated the contract with another canadian property management company because their customer service was terrible. They always put me on hold and werent responsive at all. I had to switch companies since I really needed a better pm company. At that time I was living in Spain and I needed to have someone there to manage the property. RYPM were the ones who I contacted first since the unit was in Toronto. We went through the whole procedure and it has been a great experience so far. Looking to hiring them again soon.

When I contacted one of their call agents picked up the phone and we spoke for an hour while they walked me through the procedure. They were able to organise a showing and send me a follow-up email the same day they were done. I had guidance from Rain all the time. I was able to move into a respectable apartment in Brampton because to the easy process.

I own a condo in Toronto that I rent but there was a time where I couldnt find tenants and contacted these guyys. I live in the US but I had heard about Royal york pm before from a friend that lives in the gta. Everything was seamless, there was no fuss whatsoever, paperwork was done and tenant placement seemed like a success. And it turned out that it actually waas since they found me amazing tenants for my condo. I hope they will expand their services in the US since I own a few properties here. Keep it up royal york pm.

Royal york and their legal team hhave helped me with a case in which my tenant was not paying rent on purpose. Thankfully I had contacted Royal york since my brother in law told me that they managed one of his condos in Burlington. Anyways I called them to help me resolve this issue and hired their legal team to further examine my case. They did a great job and in the end I was really satisfied with the outcomes.
