I saw all the good reviews which I normally check when deciding to hire a company for something, I was impressed honestly and thought to myself that people trust this company. I went ahead and called them and the agent was super nice to me. She spoke very well and was very clear about the company's services. I needed a condo so i rented out a property through them. Amazing staff! Thanks Toka for all of your help. You helped us from start to finish with the process. Moving from the old property management company to you was easy. I thought it would be a pain but the team here is very organized. At first I was shocked to see what they offer and the prices they offer it for, but its legitimate! Sometimes when things seem to good to be true they are but these guys are the real deal. All my rentals will be handed over to them even my student rentals.

The team have everything you need as an owner (especially a remote owner). Repairs are done quickly and cost effectively. They have solid accounting practices and allow owners to access all receipts through their online portal. They were never late making any payments to us. My stress level went down immensely after we hired them.

Royal York Property Management provides a truly full service that takes care of every issue in a prompt manner. They are responsive to both tenant and owner. If repairs or other services are needed, they have plumbers, electricians, etc. ready to do the work immediately at completely fair prices. I am 100% satisfied with them and recommend them highly.

My job required that I moved in Oshawa, very far from where my family lives. Old landlord had nowhere to stay and wanted to move in to the property he had up for rental. He was pretty nice, gave me 3 months of rent, proper notice and we ended it there. I was looking through listings every single day, going to showings after showings, they were either rented out or looked nothing like the pics. Me being the black duck that I am, I found a unit through royal york and even that got rented out pretty fast. I told them that I wanted something similar and they sent me an email with many similar condos in the area. I immediately booked a showing after having a very good experience over the phone and their customer service being friendly and went through the application process for this other amazing rental unit that I found. I had a great deposit in hand and was able to lease the unit on time, seamlessly and having a helpful and reliable leasing operator in line to help me through it. Overall amazing experience.

My tenant had accidentally sent the monthly rental payment to my previous property management company bank account and Royal York was very understanding of the situation and they did not mind getting paid for their monthly management fees the month after. I was worried there would be some sort of penaltie but they were very nice indeed.
